decent price. Actually the best on the web even before coupons, although not
as nice as the recently expired OfficeMax deal for the APC Back-UPS XS 1000
which could have been had for about $65 + tax with a PM and coupon to
Staples. I missed that one, but the XS 1000 would have been overkill for me
anyway.
Actually, this one is too, but the price is just too good to pass up, as I
want to add this to my entertainment center. I currently have a ES 650 (5
yrs old) that backs up my computer and peripherals and also my Directv DVR
from a long extension cordbecause I just couldnt stand the thing resetting
after each momentary outage that we experience frequently. The new UPS is
going to my A/V system independently.
