numbers from another carrier over for $125 credit, I figure it was worth a
try to see what they can offer their existing customer.
Conversation goes like this:
Me: Hi, I saw you guys having the the $125 for new customer to transfer
their number to Sprint. I was wondering if Sprint is holding something for
their existing and loyal customer.
Agent: Unfortunately no.
Me: It costs more to get a new customer than to keep an existing one. Not
sure why most company gives new customer special treatments but not their
loyal customers. I just renewed my contract with Sprints too.
Agent: Unfortunately we do not have any promo for existing customer. But I
have applied $20 credit to your account for your next billing.
Me: Thank you.
