Looking to buy a used car or just check out the history report of your car?
I was looking at prospective vehicles and the thought of paying $25 for a
CARFAX made me choke-- so........
1. Grab your VIN (or get the VIN for the vehicle you want to check out)
2. Sign onto ebay motors
3. SELL your car on ebay motors and make sure to enter "your" cars VIN...
make up whatever data you want and set the price HIGH unless you want to
actually get bidders..
4. List the auction-- ITS FREE TO LIST
Go back in and click on the FREE HISTORY REPORT tab in the new auction you
just created...Be sure to click SEE THE FULL HISTORY REPORT
READ ALL ABOUT YOUR VEHICLES HISTORY....
You can kill the auction early and the data is still there months later-- In
fact-- I used this-- bought the vehicle- and checked it 45 days later and
the report now contained MY added emission information so its updated at the
time of request no just one time when the auction is added....
