I picked up 2 items i had my eye on:

If you listen with high end speakers or good headphones and plug directly

If you like base you may not be blown away by these as they are 2.0
However i'm in a city apartment and base is kind of the enemy so these are
great because the base is not overpowering and there are base, treble,
volume controls and inputs on the speakers.
Also they seem to be one of creatives higher end models - the higher model
T40 i didn't get for a reason: in the reviews i saw both T20 and T40 were "
midrange heavy" with maybe too much midrange and not enough highs and lows.
So the main difference of the T40's is another midrange driver - making the
problem worse - So i opted for the smaller T20's that may sound just as
good
