etc.
Usually shipped live at ~$25-50 a pop.
Majority of us here do not need volume, rather get "some" of it as worms
multiply like crazy.
Here is latest invention (of distributors): VermiPods.
Those are eggs of worms encapsulated in small balls of clay. This way they
can store up to 3month in refrigerated space (possibly a year!), shipped in
small package, cheap and safely.
Also yo get 5 different kind of worms mix. And all of them kinda universal:
not BEST for either fishing, composting, garden, but good enough for ALL
THOSE uses!
Those are sold for something like $25+S&H
I found VermiPods for $9.99 + small S@H (I ordered a full bunch of crap with
it and it still was ~$5)

as an added bonus you can get from this place exclusive "Heirloom" seeds of
bunch of plants (veggies, fruits, trees, landscape grass, fun staff, .....)
for extremely low prices
like 29c-50c-$1...
I just got my pack. ~25% of clay balls destroyed, but eggs from them appear
to be fine (worm will hatch). I can now put aside some for later use and
store them in a refrigerator. I put some in ground and some in house plants.
Will report results, should any interest be evident.
