It is very stressful job. I need to catch up the technical skill all the
time. And I am not a talking woman. Most time, I will keep silence in party
or meeting. So it is hard for me to make boss to like me. I don't think I
can change my personality for my rest of time, even I know it is passive.
The presure for me is I can not keep thinking I will lost my job in 40s, and
at that time, my family will be in trouble finacial | o*****h

，觉得家庭的支持很重要，可以和家人多商量讨论看怎么在钱的问题上计划度过这段换
工作的时间，保持积极心态，工作早晚肯定是能找到的。你说的交流问题，汇报工作的
时候和老板多多交流是必要的，觉得老板喜欢的还是工作出彩的员工不是夸夸其谈的，
会议上有见解发表就是，反正不用交钱，至于party还是可以随心，美国人太能聊了。
性格是很难改变的，做法可以改变，为了生活。bless u.

change to a job that you like to do. Doing what you like is very important.
personally speaking, we spend half of the ourdaily time in office, a good
working environment,a task you like to do,a group of supportive coworkers, a
understanding management, all make difference of your attitude toward your
work.
if you don't need to worry about medical insurance, and if you don't like to
