Can not type Chinese in this computer....
Good news: may purchase a dream house----It's really a good deal for my 2
years purchasing experience. Short sale callentation made by the former
buyer and the price approved by wells fargo already, 4 beds 3 full bathes
with a big yard as a primary residence for my position is a lucky sigh in my
life, I appreciate all my research and effort to make my dream become true.
Meanwhile, thanks him to give me this chance to just put half down payment
to add my title in this big house by using his credit and his trust via
enjoying the historic low interest rate.
Mission Possible: the end of Nov. is my exam date! Studying 10 hours per
day to make this last step pass at my first try. | c*******t

bank's guideline changed always.
Cross my figure and let my lucky free run until next week, hope the
underwriter will approve the loan eventually. | p*********7
