I'd suggest start off at least 1 hour earlier (8:30am might be good
considering the fact that most people have the hobby to show up late) and it
takes a lot of time to rent equipment etc. You may also want to deduct
lunch time from the activities.

Last week we used a company in Harpers Ferry. I don't remember seeing any
fast food restaurants nearby. It is countryside area. There was a store with
very limited variety. This time the location seems to be different, so I
don't know, but it is better to bring some food.

那里有快餐店和其它的餐馆。还有赛马和赌场（Charles Town Races & Slots）。

请每人带上 about $70 现金, 我们一起付group rate,可享受discount.另外可能还有租救生
衣，午餐的费用。每个rafting公司不太一样，多准备没坏处。

好象只有吃饭这种低难度的比较适合俺这腿脚不好的。
