Try to hike/run on the trail.
Maybe biking, but looks at the trail map, it's different with wod trail. My
bike don't have mountain tie now...

the great falls on the other side.

只是走路的话，建议背至少六瓶水。 |

今年的ragnar relay就是这条trail
我只是准备跑10mile左右，周日才93F，应该还好，不知道半路的河水能不能喝

离那里近的河边有 McKee-Beshers 不错。
沿运河各处都不错，都能hiking，尤其是骑车更好。跑步也不错，hiking有点太平了。
hiking比较好的，有名的是billy goat，turkey run，difficult run, scott run, 和
VA一侧Great Falls下游的trail （不知道叫什么）。
hiking的trail参见“俱乐部介绍”里的link。
跑步的话这里有很多trail的介绍：
