Some mild tannins and light acidity. Some light spiciness with black pepper
flavor. Flat without much complexity of the tasting.
A fair wine for every night drink. I would get a case to cellar for 2 years
till it fully matures. |

Good question! That's the beauty of this wine. It will cost you only $19
per bottle. It's a fair price for some red wine with 90+ points.

course to compare with some 95+ wines, this wine is what I meant by "nothing
special".
I am not talking about cooking wine, but I am talking about red wine. Some
may spend more money on low quality cooking wine. With $19, this red wine
is a good buy! :)
