大法官们又否定两个跟毒品贩子和狗有关的案子：狗闻到院子里种大麻不能成为
法院开搜查许可的理由；狗闻到车里有味道同样不能成为警察搜查车的理由。好
象第二条说的是街上随便拦截的车，如果不是那样，以后警察也不用带查毒的狗
上街了，应该不是全部情况，否则连海关都不能用缉毒狗了。。。
