b/c of this. They thought Eastern ppl misunsderstood and tried to

over-react to people from north. one of my colleagues from Eastern Kentucky,
who got his Ph.D. in WA, always reminds us two facts:
1. Kentucky is in Eastern time zone and
2. Kentucky is on north side during civil war, although it is more to the
south geographically...
