what i'm thinking of is the "entry level" positions such as instructors and
assistant professors.
hehe, i don't think any american graduates will go to PKU for such low
positions.
and as my experience goes, these positions are close to students and are very
important in helping them build the basic training in their major.
They should try to employ the best graduates to do the job, including the PKU
graduates.

发帖数: 431 | 2 我觉得还是利大于弊，看新闻原文也只是说"原则上"不留北大毕业本校的博士，估计
非常出色的应该还是能留下。如果本校毕业的大多都能留下的话，学术上的近亲繁殖
到还次要，人事上的问题才是关键，很多系里头拉帮结派各立山头的现象非常常见，
内耗多了。走了的博士去了其他学校也能给别的学校带来些好处，只是不知道干得好
还能不能回来，呵呵。现在北大这样的学校每年国外想回来教书的一定很多，可是一
个中等规模的系一年顶多进1－2个新教师，他们有的是人挑。
