只是因为物以稀为贵的缘故。
如果按照水平来说的话，
偶们系的那个女教授无论如何也不能成为专业Top1杂志的副主编。
弱势，
实际就是说在公平竞争的情况下明显不行的群体，
就需要配额制度来调节以免除物竞天择，不适者淘汰。
华裔在进大学的时候不是弱势因为他们按照正常的标准来录取的话不会比配额少，
而如果是选议员，
但愿能有同样的配额制度保证有足够多华裔的声音。 | a*****i
