但是家里面全部是地毯，不知道可以跳么？穿袜子就可以还是一定要穿鞋？另外地毯上会滑么、或者摩擦太大有的动作做不好？
有没有有经验的同学，谢谢建议！
（我也会上外面的课，但是希望有可能的话每天在家练。） |

好象是感觉穿着袜子做摩擦力大，扭着平移的动作做不出来：（
我家在二层，穿鞋不知道会不会对楼下有影响。

光脚会不会时间长了对脚踝什么的有损伤呢？以前光脚做power 90的cardio，跳的动作
比较多，时间长了脚踝会不太舒服。

发帖数: 346 | 7 Google了一下，发现有人讨论这个问题，刚刚买了那个slip on dancers,收到了再来汇报：）
"Sorry to revive an old thread but I am a total Zumba-holic and the shoes
have been an issue. I do Zumba classes at two different places and they both
have carpeted floors. I purchased the Nike version of Zumba shoes and hate
them. They are so uncomfortable and pinch my feet. I prefer shoe styles with
a wider toe box. A couple of weeks ago one of the Zumba instructors told us
about these:

Omgosh they are AWESOME! You put them over your regular athletic shoes and
now you have all the foot support you need with your usual favorite shoes
but they slide better. I totally recommend them.
Btw our health club does not allow Zumba class attendees to come barefoot.
Shoes are a requirement. According to them you could damage your feet by
repeatedly doing Zumba barefoot... just something to consider :) " |

我也有点担心，所以是周末白天跳的，有的跳的比较大的动作就小点做。目前邻居还没
找上门：）
快搬家了，要找个一层的，尽情跳！！
跳完了真的心情很好，什么烦恼都烟消云散了～～
