Got an email from division's director of talent management. She said she
would like to discuss with me on my career plan.
Background: my boss was retired one month ago. Boss' boss already found a
replacement and the new boss will start in a week or two. Boss' boss seems
know nothing about the email and the discussion that is going to happen.
What shall I do? Any one had similar experience? What could potentially
happen during discussion?
