manager说里面有几项让我自己填，包括：
6. Provide a brief explanation of why the individual’s academic background
is relevant and how it will be applied to the duties of the position.
Indicate whether the individual possesses any unique expertise, knowledge,
and/or experience.
8. Describe in detail the job duties of the intended position in the U.S.,
including specifics of the skills and/or knowledge needed to perform the job
. Also include whether the position has supervisory responsibilities.
请问这两项怎么写比较好？
还有这个 Manager- New Hire EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION 应该不是H1B申请必须的吧？
