标 题: 请教一下辞职之后在notice period被fire的可能性

ld在公司被上级压榨的很厉害，提过几次要求涨工资之后收到performance
improvement plan。虽然现在下家还没找好，但这个公司的工作环境实在是摧残，商量
之后决定辞职。公司员工手册上没有说辞职要求多长时间的notice，但是公司同时规定
如果不提前两礼拜通知辞职的话vacation time是不折算成钱发给员工的。
ld本打算辞职给两个礼拜notice把vacation拿到，但是同时也担心在这两个礼拜之内被
fire。我们搜索了一下at will的工作公司完全可以在你辞职之后立刻fire你，而且也
有好多人说他们有类似的经历。听说如果被fire的话以后找工作会有麻烦，ld说要不索
性不给notice算了。
我们也考虑过辞职之后notice period直接take vacation，但是还是担心在vacation的
时候公司fire。
有没有有经验的朋友能给个建议在这种情况下怎么做比较好，或者有过类似的经验可以
给我们参考下？我们实在是有点进退维谷。。。。。。。 |

别的员工将来就直接走不给notice，对公司有百害而无一利。
除非你去竞争对手方而又白痴地告诉给了现公司。

get compensation in my experience .
If u resign, u will not get anything. But is relief for you
U decide.
Regardless of fire or resignation, hr won't disclose the real reason to your
potential employers. Don't worry about this.
It is hard situation . U think twice.

你要做的就是递辞职信，免得它在你辞职之前fire你。
而且，你在加州么？没用掉的vacation它要pay你的。不然它违法，你可以告它。
都给pip了，还stay to the last minute，你等着它来fire你么？别去想拿啥package。
换个好点的工作比啥都强。
