发帖数: 209 | 1 最近公司调整，本人的工作被Relocate到另外一个州，不从就雷。从职业发展的角度考
虑，从了。
准备自己一个人过去工作，LD和小孩继续留在当地（LD有一不错的工作）。 我在一两
年内再找回来或LD找过去。我在新工作地点租Apartment。
Relocation Package 是公司的标准程序，包括一些Lump Sum 的钱用于House-hunting
Trip， Temp-Living等等。说是按家庭的标准，其实根本不管你怎么花。
另外的一个Benefit 是公司帮助卖房子，好处还挺多的。
现在我在考虑趁此机会卖掉当前（不太令人满意的）房子，同时由LD出面在其工作单位
附近买个新一点好一点的房子，这样LD上下班可以节约30Mile，小孩的学校也更好一点
。而且房子的维修负担也会少很多。
这样做有啥不妥的地方吗？倒不是担心一两年后如果需要再次卖房的经济问题，而是考
虑这样做是否跟公司条例冲突。
我理解公司管不了我家属在哪里生活和工作，那么公司也应该管不了我家属在哪里买房
。我现在卖房是因为我的工作变动，公司政策允许的。我家属住哪里不应该影响我能否
适用公司卖房的条例。
这样理解有问题吗？多谢。 |

No issue for selling ur house.
But when u buy new, u better think how to explain to ur relocation
coordinator because u will have to provide docs for reimbursement . |

就是扣的税重些，你可以问问。 |

发帖数: 209 | 5 就是想利用一下卖房子的好处，比如没有agent Fee，免费修理查出来的缺陷，
Guaranteed buyout priced 等。 当然还有其它一些在原贴中提到的非经济上的好处.
买房的话就不需要通知单位也不需要他们的帮助了。自己掏钱就是了。

if you sell your house to the company, you dont need to pay a cent. Just
sign some forms. done.
if you buy a house, you just need loan and the company will pay allo ther
fees, which is really nice.In you case, you can not take adavantage... ^_^
also, you should have a lump sum for relocation. if you dont use it, the
company will pay u as cash!!! If you use some, you will get reimbursment and
still an get the remaining as cash!!!

发帖数: 209 | 7 Lumpsum是有的。差不多是3个月工资吧。不用报销。(当初雷人选择的包裹也更这个差
不多，搞笑)
卖房的话不用出agent fee.这个是房价的6%左右吧。而且有公司保底的buyout offer.
加上对现在的房子也不是很满意，所以趁机出手。
而且LD的负担会稍小一点。
卖新房的好处相对较小，就不再计较能不能拿到了。
