When you check the xx health, besides looking at CPU etc, there are reasons
we also check event count, you need to check the suspicious event and
investigate why they appear.

I fixed the two queries with fts btw. If you don’t know how to fix, that’
s fine, but at least you need to point out the suspicious/abnormal behavior
during health check

the criticism in a constructive fashion to promote team spirit. If the
receiving team members feel bad how the suggestion is made, they may miss
the point about it but the unnecessary emotional aspect will remain and it
wouldn’t help the team nor meet your goal in mentoring.
Typically when giving feedback, you may want to point, what the right way to
do is, what the pitfall in doing the wrong way and where they went wrong
and how they can avoid it.
