if you are on the payroll, do they still treat you as employee with benefit
such as health insurance? Do they pay you after you find a job (before 5
month)?

发帖数: 1454 | 7 I have some benefit but ST and LT disability were ceased. They will pay me
the lump sum of 50% of whatever left in the package if I find a job before 5
months.
I should apply at the end of 5 months? Or am I eligible for unemployment at
all after 5 months. I plan to stay at home for a while if I could get the
unemployment benefit.
