推给当时的公司，找当时的公司，原来的人又换了。 有没明确规定公司或律师应该把
notice(I797) 给h1 holder?

2. you should have lower part of I-797, or if you need to do visa interview
at a US consulate, company should temporarily let you bring the I-797 (upper
part)outside of US so you can show it to visa officer at the consulate and
CBP officer at US airport.
The original I-797 upper-part belongs to the company, they can keep it if
they choose to. |
