will monitor have an objective that is somewhat in conflict with the job of
the Project Monitor. The contractors are trying to get the job completed
as quickly as possible. Your job would be to assure that the project is
done right, regardless of how long it takes. This sometimes causes friction.
Have you had a job, or other life experiences where the position you held
is disliked by those you are supervising; where you have had to use
assertiveness skills? Please explain.

发帖数: 20683 | 2 不知道你的背景，但提供两个我的例子。
1，装修房子，contractor活做得不到位，我指出来以后，人家和我抱怨说活难做，他
们已经干得比别人好了什么的。我首先肯定他们大部分活都干得很漂亮，也理解他们说
的难处，但当初合同上说好了的，另外解释为什么我坚持，不是要挑他们毛病，是因为
有safety concern。后来人家就给按我的要求改好了。
2，lab里让technician测数据，人家没完全按test plan干，我要求重测，人家不太愿
意，觉得也差不太多。和装修的例子一样，先肯定他们的effort，但摆事实讲道理，最
后结论是的确要重测，人家听明白了也就去干了。
