标 题: 大家换作是我，还会坚持做下去吗？

大约半年前开始做一份temp job (senior accountant). 结果刚开始做就把我换去作
controller's assistant. 干的内容就和秘书一样. 后来和老板谈了一次，他说公司要
求temp be flexible, can work on any position.我问了如果他们还招accounting
temp, 能不能仍然考虑让我做。回答是可以. 现在半年快过去了，新招了2个temp, 就
是不给我换. 觉得做的没意思，想自己走。但唯一让我犹豫的是自己走拿不到
unemployment benefit. 大家要是换作是我会怎么做？谢谢 | l********k

your dedication, your responsibleness, your flexibility), he will try to
keep you.

发帖数: 164 | 3 Already talked to him. He said it's fine for putting me back to accounting,
but guess what they just hired 2 accounting temps without interviewing. I
think he just wants me to be his secretary.

Tell him accounting is what you want to do for a job.
If he still doesn't, then find another job and leave. Although he may want
to make up by offering the job when you give him the quitting letter.

because I have been looking for new jobs for months, but no good news... The
interviewer asked me why they changed my position, i told them the truth,
but don't know if they buy it or not.

you don't really have anythng to bargain with.
If you care about the pay check, then continue
if not, then quit.
