标 题: 签了的offer可以反悔吗？

签了offer以后，可以在去之前反悔说不去了吗？
我知道employment都是at will的，而且也听说过公司在你快去上班前几天cancel双
方都签字的offer的。不知道作为个人，可以跟公司反悔offer吗？

He told me: first, this happens in industry and I'm not alone at all. The
employer that gave you the offer understands your decision. Second, it's
much better if you say no now before you start working there, since it'll
put more trouble to them if you work for a while and then quit. Third, it's
your career, and it's you that decides which way to go. But he also told me:
be sure to call them rather than writing an email to say 'no'. Be polite
and professional.
I will do this tomorrow and feel very nervous too. | N****O
