I'm having no chemistry with my current supervisor. ~45 yrs old. no kid, no
cooking, working 11 hrs a day. not nice person and put me on small shoes
often. I know she doesn't like me either. She posted my job description
online, and told me to find a backup for me - actually a replacement I think
. However, after reviewing over 100 resumes, the person she picked is just
so so, and can't pick up what I'm working on at all. Now my supervisor gets
a little quieter. however, she is the person when she is not happy, she can
say anything to you and do dirty things behind of you.
Should I just accept the new offer - if yes, can I ask for a sign in bonus?
the pay they offer now is already $5k higher than their budget.
Or tell the current company, I 'm leaving, and see if they give me a counter
offer? - they may do so, since there are some tasks I am the only person in
the group knows how to do it. They may ask me to be a consulting as well.

ago since I thought I'm able to just work well with my supervisor. However,
I find out she is the person if she needs you she will try to be nice, if
you have no value to her, she will kick u out. I'm not happy working for her

So the sooner I leave, the happier I can be. very little chance I will meet
a supervisor as bad as the current one. | u**l
