是我现在做的产品。因为签过non-compete agreement, 有点担心。有经验的人请给说
说，我应该是跟现在的老板先谈谈呢，还是装糊涂，出问题再说？想我这样普通的
software developer应该不会为难我吧？

发帖数: 124 | 7 I was in the same situation as you. Usually when you leave, if you do not
tell them what you will do, they will usually exercise the non-compete. In
that case, unless you want to take the risk of being sued by your old
employer, you cannot work in one of the so called "competitors" as defined
in your NCA.
I suggest you talk with your manager before leaving, to make sure that he
understands that you are not going to do anything related to you current job

the new company name. He probably will ask, and I probably will let him know

Texas新开了分部，把我转到Texas工作，Texas和Ohio的court有关non-compete的裁定
很不同，请问像这种情况，应由Texas还是Ohio的法庭管辖？
还有，如果我的新公司在美国外，是否non-compete agreement就无效呢？ |
