最近和别的员工聊天的时候 发现 有别的员工有 stock share
一个员工说他没有 （原话 i was not offered stock shares)
虽然他工作了快十年了 而且他是搞技术的， 公司搞技术的就四五个人
另一个工作时间没他长的小蜜（女）高中时来的，part time 工作 边上大学
现在刚本科毕业转成 full time, 却有stock share.
还听说还有一个五十多的老员工也有stock share, 最近却全卖给了老板
其他员工因为不熟 感觉不好直接问 除我外全白人的公司 发现人与人之间有勾心斗角
的不好办
我想问的是这种小公司的stock share 利益上是指什么 肯定不会上市的啊
为什么大家都想要stock share
我们公司好象处在成长期 | x******g

raised $X million dollars so far and has used it all in the last 10 years.
It also issued X million shares, then each share "worth" $1. If it goes
public one day, the share maybe $100, assuming by operating it for so long,
it created $X00 million value.
It could end up with no value if all the money was just wasted.
Or it could worth $0.1 a share if the majority is wasted and a little bit of
the investment went to prod |
