So my current nonimmigrant status should be h1b. The expiration date should
be exact date I laid off. Right?
On the cover letter, I ｓｈｏｕｌｄ ｓａｙ Ｉ want to withdraw my B-2
application and change to that of H-4. something like that?
And attach my application receipt for B-2 just to show that I ａｍ ｌｅｇ
ａｌｌｙ ｓｔａｙ ｉｎ ＵＳ！
