在老板的联系方式当作reference吧，还是留group里面关系比较好的？大家都是怎么处

keep networking with ex co-workers. leaving from a job is not the end. send
emails/pics to each other once in a while, and keep it "warm". don't get "
lazy" (either because your english sucks or you have nothing to talk about)
when others ask you out for lunch or something else.
we have a small "circle" of about 5 guys who always refer each other, lol.
