标 题: 2个offer选择求助

从上学的时候就开始，找工作找了一年多，最近终于接到了两个offer
offer1：big 4 accounting firm的咨询部门，工资+signing bonus+relocation
assistance
工资还不错，比审计部门高一些，估计没有什么年终奖之类的
优点：big 4的名声好，客户也都很有名，学习锻炼的机会比较多，成长较快。工作方
向跟金融有关系，（给银行提供risk management服务的），但不是投资方向
缺点：工作压力大，估计会比较累。因为是咨询部门，对英语的要求比较高，不知道自
己的表现会怎么样。如果经济不好工作可能会不稳定
offer2：大学的投资部门。这个部门是负责管理和投资大学的endowment，所以做的工
作跟投资有关。虽然不是直接投资，但是每天的工作内容和接触的东 |

发帖数: 15860 | 4 as a conservative guy, i'd choose 2 to get GC ASAP. it will take years and
stability is #1.
big 4 only sounds good, but you'll be a worker bee (or nobody) there. the
turnover rate is high.

多，提升快，跳槽前景好。2那个地方估计跳槽都跳不出去的。。

but:
1) big 4's culture tends to be aggressive. OP needs to handle a lot of
stress from both work and GC, which is tough for newbies, and for coming
years;
2) in general, GC is not faster in 2, but from an actual processing
standpoint, it's more likely that 2 will be more flexible and efficient in
things like document preparation, starting date, etc. (assuming OP has good
relationship with boss), which will save at least months and this could be
critic

我主要还想着将来能不能跳槽到别的investment firm或者fund之类的

you should seriously think about what blackbone and sheraton (aka, my throat
m+) said too.
as for 办绿卡都要多长时间, only god knows, if someone tells you X years, he'
s either too optimistic or too pessimistic.

以后想进投行或基金的话，选择一。

可能不是投行部门啊

看你的情况了
如果你的性格比较适合外向，闯荡型的，有野心的，就选1吧，也可以提高英文水平。
如果是追求稳定，主要的乐趣在工作之外，只想安逸地生活，就选2。
换我的话，如果经济压力不大，会选2，因为可以呆在学校里，哈
