. He talked that he will give me more system level work, something about
architecture work for me, and asked me if I am interested. But he didn't
mention about promotion explicitly. I asked if there is freezing this time.
He said that no freezing, there will be increase, combined with last review
, not sure about option, promotion will be some, but it will be tight.
Does this mean no hope for promotion for me this time | h**k

He explained to me the process, saying that my manager needs to propose it.
It is all bullshit.
So sad.
