around DC, a few counties in VA/MD (Loudoun, Fairfax, Howard, Montgomery)
are all among the top 10 highest family median income counties in the u.s.,
and the number is ~$100000.

since i blindly assume most chinese live in these counties, and make more
than this number, say by 30%+, i would guess $130K sounds normal for an
