Manager. I really enjoy it, good or bad, just part of the job. I am SPHR
Certified. Like Hitman said, by getting PHR certificate will definetely
give your more opportunities. Networking is really important too. Are you a
memeber of SHRM or SHRM Local chapter? If not, you may want to at least
join SHRM local chapter, they used to have lots of local job openings there
when I was looking for a job. Feel free to email me |

certificate first in order to get more connection at HR field. If he/she
lacks more experiences at U.S. I strongly suggest to go get PHR first, then
SPHR; if he/she feels good enough, straight to SPHR, it depends on LZ
experiences. If he/she wants get more future at the international company,
and wants to get good offer to send back to China. He/she might need GPHR.

after being HR professional for many years. Do you think anybody can be a
good HR manager and make impact for your comapny. The part of the job
anybody can do is probably admistrative related responsibilities, such as
making and distributing newsletter, making payroll entries, organizing and
coordinating company or HR events, and etc . But what you don't see is that
there are so many higher level responsibilites HR can
