be done by outsource in China; it won't have any effect on our current
project; don't leave for anywhere else because of a humor.
for a manager, if he wants to let you go, he is not supposed to tell you
anything or give you sign; if he tells you as you said, he actually wants to
calm down you and keep you stay with him. To a manager, it is very tiring to
train a new person.
