randomly.
When you submit your information, including salary history, at the end, there
should be a paragraph states that "all the information you provided is true
and based on your best knowledge and understanding."
So, if someone ever being caught for lying about anything, it is an intergrity
issue, which any company takes this very seriously.

there has the ingegrity. Don't risk your job opportunity for this little
cheating. When you fill out the application forms, there should be sections
for previous employers and the HR contacts etc., the company will check, trust
me. They do not necessarily check every new person, but who knows?

I did a research on the living expense (rent and food) at both Burlington and
Atlanta. Both of them cost roughly after-tax $5K more than XXX, which leads to
the bottom line of my salary expectation: $78K. Again I don't want to be
under-paid compared with peers and I'm flexible if it's above BBB' pay level.
