发帖数: 195 | 1 Cheer up! I'm a woman engineer and need to lead a group of technicians (all
male) at work. Above 80% of them are at least 15-20 years older than me. I'm
the only woman engineer in the whole building. I completely understand how
difficult the enviroment you are in.
Please work harder than these men. And at work, only remember you are a person
the same as the other coworkers, not "you are a lady and they should treat you
right". Learn to use appropriate English, too!
