employment although they can promise to hire you back
in Oct. The entire thing is about not employed by someone
while you do not have working permission.
So no benefit, because you are not related to the company
at all during that period of time. They have to take you
off the payroll, that includes all benefit.
Although it seems to you and your boss that you are taking
a vacation, legally you are unemployed. |
