说起来容易作起来难。这个credit history一旦
有了污点就不那么容易下去。老美对于这些dispute
向来是宁信其有不信其无，经常是你刚把它clean了
没几个月不良纪录又上去了，因为几家credit agency
是互联的，经常交换信息。除非你能一举把所有的
credit history统统清除干净。
有个老头八几年被人identity theft，用他的SSN贷款
买了几辆车，老头花了二十年时间到现在非但没有清除
纪录，反而因为不良纪录，退休后连退休金都被扣押无法
领取，惨呵。
