真不知该怎么办？
父亲在美脑溢血，已昏迷四个星期，一直在医院，没保险。
现状态稳定，医院要求出院，回家根本没法自己护理。
给航空公司打过电话，不接受上飞机。

What does he mean? Who can/should 护理? He should do so himself. If he needs
to work, hire a nurse.
"给航空公司打过电话，不接受上飞机。"
Is he joking? To let his father go back China in such a condition? Then who
could 护理 his father if his father went back to China?? Whomever can come,
let them come to US to take care of his father.
After a stroke, intensive care is needed, and the recovery may be slow. That
's what he can help his father right now.
