For JeanIris and Yisu, based on my very limited time here, I don't see the
intention from either one to hurt or blame the other, but there are some
emotions that need to be addressed.
Yisu might need to feel respected, understood, and appreciated, but she
sometimes got ignorance, resentment, etc.
JeanIris might need to get things done, to get things cleared up, but she
got things delayed or even more smudged.
They could really speak out everything that they feel and then Yisu could
have a chance to let others see her good intentions, and JeanIris could have
a chance to get the clarity she wanted.
