我刚刚开始听了一点，觉得他讲的很好。
如果用的是IPOD的话，可以先找到 Seattle Insight Meditation Society,
Podcast 8: "Practice being awake"
Podcast 7: "The knower of..."
都讲的蛮好。我还没听其他的。
