1. there are 3 judges, but should only have 1 verdict. judges should private
ly discuss the case, and agree on the last verdict.
2. judges should have the authority to decide what is enough, and when to ve
rdict.
3. both parties agree that they trust the best judgement from these 3 person
s. and whatever the result may be, they will not defy the court rules. inclu
ding, but not limited to: ask the judges to read more posts, plead for more
explanation... and so on.

please translate it into Chinese, because i don't think runsun is able to
understand the whole thing. his english is not good enough to tell the
difference between "clarification" and "confirmation". so i guess he may not
understand what "verdict" is. and WaiChi's english is not good, either. i
think both of them need translation.

他们三个法官爱怎么问怎么问。这个大家管不着。他们联合起来，或者独立审问都可以
。打酱油的就不要干涉法官审理案件了。

这个是开庭前大家都默认的。现在看来是三个法官准备独立地给出自己的判决。

法官愿意怎么判是他们的自由。
我想看的结果是从此告别这个纠来纠去的话题就好，我猜有不少人也有类似的想法吧，
要不费那老鼻子的劲干吗。
（中文版）一点小想法:
1. 这个案子有3个法官,不过判决最好只有一个.法官们在判决前最好互相私下沟通以达
成一致.
2. 法官有权决定何时判决,何为充分证据,何谓合理推测.原告被告可以提建议,但是最后
决定权是在法官手中.
3. 原告被告均应对法官的智识,公平,公正能力有足够的信心.法官最后的判决不可更改
。原告被告在判决之后应该完全服从，不可以有不服从的行为，包括：请求法官读更多
的帖子，请求进一步解释。。。等等。
这个话题在该办已经拖的太长太长太太太太长了。如果这个法庭能有个了断，我这个打
酱油的都会感激不尽。所以要是原告被告能在法官判决前声明一下，许诺无论结果如何
，他们将会无条件服从。从此在本版再也不会主动提起这件事。即使别人提起，也只会
提供法官判决的连接，此外不置一词。那就太好了。

应该下面邮件同步， 上面一个人主打,
或者单独开一个法官内部合计主题， 他们三个在那个主题
里面讨论， 然后得到简单问题在出来询问当事人。
