Madison and very close to Verona. The original monthly rent is $729 and I’m
asking $550. That’s a $179 discount. Underground parking is included.
Washer and dryer are available in your own room. The apartment is in the
very nice Hawks Landing neighborhood. My lease expires at the end of June
and you can renew the lease if you want. I will throw in a study desk, a
