choose MSU, if you want to do research and are sure you can
find a position after graduation. As far as I know, the Dept
of Agroeconomics at MSU is among the top 5.
choice 2:
choose OSU. register courses in computer science or statistics
or GIS etc. You can surely find a job after graduation.
also, got a fellowship and you have more freedom to transfer
