click any folder such as inbox, then choose "propertiese", in "General" tab, u
can find something like "This folder is stored in the following file: ", then
u will know where ur msg are, just copy out that folder will keep all ur msg.
For address book, use file/export, then choose Text File, then "Export".
For convience, once u have set up the accounts in outlook express, go to
