According to the bootlogs I recorded, the one using restart lacks these lines,
compare to the one use shundown:
Terminate = KERNEL
Terminate = RIT
EndTerminate = RIT
Terminate = Win32
EndTerminate = Win32
EndTerminate = KERNEL
Seems kernel never stopped, how could windows didn't find that next time I start it?
