电脑两年前买的。几天前，做了windows update，结果, all printers can't print.
然后，屏幕上出现如上words.I was not able to locate Printer Spooler file in
the SERVICES. search了一下，好像需用windows reinstall to repair。I also don'
t want lose my personal files in the compuer.
