Windows 7 has a wierd bug. After you delete a file in file explorer, the
screen is not automatically refreshed. You will have to manually refresh to
see those files disappear. This is one of the most stupid bug I have ever
seen. I can not believe it is still not fixed after so many patches. Does
anyone else have the same problem?
