不象我,份量大的就只能一两下,没人SPOT又不敢放到底,
这才叫STUCK |

杠铃练习最好有单双杠做辅助。这样重量增加更快。可以做做双杠臂屈伸。 |

number. thats why never do 3,4,5 reps. though bar bell is stuck, my dumbbell
is still going up - 65x10x3. will try to do 6 to 8 reps! |
